The minimum age to purchase handguns is 21 years of age and for Rifles and shotguns 18 years of age. The minimum age to purchase handgun ammunition is 21 years of age and rifle or shotgun ammunition is 18 years of age.

Yes, provided you are the owner of the firearm and it has not been illegally altered in any way. Come Get Some is more then happy to help you sell your firearms, however there are some requirements and regulations that will have to be discussed beforehand. Please contact us for more details.

The reason we don't ship products is because we want the chance to serve our community and build relationships with our local customers. We want the chance to meet with you and greet you. Additionally, shipping products directly to homes removes the ability to build relationships. With that being said, this is business after all. Once we establish good customer relationships locally we will branch out and starting serving our fellow patriots everywhere we can 🙂

Federal law prohibits certain persons from shipping, transporting, possessing, or

receiving firearms or ammunition including any person who:

• Has been convicted of a crime punishable by a term of imprisonment exceeding one year;
• Is a fugitive from justice;
• Is an unlawful user of, or addicted to, any controlled substance;
• Has been adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution;
• Is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the united States;
• Is an alien who has been admitted to the united States under a nonimmigrant visa (with certain exceptions);
• Has been discharged from the armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;
• Has renounced united States citizenship;
• Is subject to a qualifying protective order;
• Has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

Yes. We are happy to help facilitate a private transfer. It's always best to error on the side of caution and get a FFL involved when you are selling a firearm to someone you don't know or even someone that you do know for that matter. Come Get Some is here to help make sure all parties involved are covered during any private transactions.

Come Get Some ONLY accepts out of state transfers from FFLs. We DO NOT accept out of state transfers from private individuals. If you purchase a firearm from an out of state private party they will need to ship it via an FFL. 

Yes. Not only is it legal for an FFL to facilitate private sales, it can help enhance public safety by ensuring a background check is run on the prospective purchaser.

No, well not yet anyways. Facilitating private sales is purely voluntary under federal law. Note that state laws may impose their own requirements, and you should ensure that you comply with the requirements in your state.

The Come Get Some transfer fee is $25, and $20 for Military/Veteran, Law Enforcement, and NRA Members.

At Come Get Some we will have your transferred firearm logged in and ready for pick up within 48 hours of delivery. 

We will call or email you using the contact information given on the seller's invoice and let you know your firearm is here and ready for pick up.

Once you purchase a gun you will need to make sure the seller has a copy of our FFL. Sellers will not ship a gun until they receive a copy of the receiver's FFL. You will need to forward our contact info to the seller or forward the seller's contact info to us so we can make sure they have everything they need in order to ship your gun. 

We are currently NOT accepting NFA Transfers at this time.
